What we collect on the website

Our web server and content delivery provider keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and to keep the site running. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and see which pages are read; where we do, it is configured not to build individual profiles. We do not sell or rent any data.

What happens when you call

The number on this site is a tracking number operated by a third-party pay-per-call network. When you dial it, the network records that a call occurred, its duration and the caller's phone number, and routes the call to an independent wildlife control operator. Calls may be recorded or monitored by the network or the operator for quality, training and compliance. Anything you tell the operator (your address, the nature of the problem) is collected and held by that operator under their own privacy practices, not ours.

Cookies

The site itself sets no marketing cookies. Our content delivery provider may set a technical cookie needed for security. Any analytics tool we use is configured for aggregate counts only. You can block cookies in your browser without losing any function on this site.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging home services and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices and rights

You can use this site without giving us any information. To ask what, if anything, we hold about you, or to request deletion, email [email protected]. Requests about call records should also go to the operator you spoke with, since they hold the substantive details.
